From “Sons of the Clan” to a High Council
The clan history explains that Alex originally chose eight Gentlemen—also called “Sons of the Clan”—from the original group. They helped move the Wild Highlanders from event to event, setting up the tent, tables and demonstration area before the Games and taking it all down afterward.
As the clan grew, Scot changed that structure into a High Council that included women.
